When I try to view my lab report, a message pops up that says "canvas does not allow drawing." How do I fix this problem?

VUMicro(tm) 3.11 for Windows uses a printer driver to render the lab report on the screen. Thus, this problem occurs when a computer does not have a default printer, or the default printer is not a printer that can render the lab report. To correct this problem, go into Control Panel, Printers.

Select Add Printer.
Choose Add a local printer.
Use an existing port (LPT1).
Select HP as the Manufacturer, and HP LaserJet Series II (or some other printer -- I just know this one works).
Set this as the default printer.
Click Finish.
Re-launch the VUMicro(tm) software and the lab report should now work.
